L1 Double Science

L1SCD
Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr Oliver

Taken as a double line option, this course covers the essential topics required for success in Biology, Chemistry and Physics at Level 2 and beyond. If you are looking to follow a career that involves Science that requires you to have a good understanding of Biology or Chemistry or Physics, this is the course you should be taking.  With each of these subjects being taught by staff who specialise in these subject areas , this course gives the best preparation for NCEA Level 2. Two subject endorsements are available with this option.

Pathway

L2 Biology, L2 Chemistry, L2 Physics

This course offers the best preparation for students considering following a pathway that requires a strong understanding of Biology or Chemistry or Physics. These include careers in the Health Industry and Engineering based careers, to name but a few.
