Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs K. Keir.

Level 3 Painting & Printmaking is a specialized 'Fine Arts' class where students explore art-making techniques and ideas in a range of media and tasks. Students can choose whether they specialize in Painting or Printmaking.

There are 22-26 Internal Credits available which includes 14 Credits External Portfolio of student's original work. 


Recommended Prior Learning

Gain at least 12 Credits in L2 Painting & Printmaking or by provisional entry

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

Level 3 art pack: $45
All Visual Arts students are expected to have their own art pack. These art materials and equipment are essential for the students' art work throughout the course.
Please arrange payment with Mrs Hamilton in the bursar's office at the beginning of the course.

Painting & Printmaking art pack includes:
A3 art bag, A3 visual diary, 6B pencil (2), eraser, sharpener, fineline pen (2), paint set, brush (round 2, 6, flat 16)
