Students will advance their learning how to create digital solutions for real world problems.

  2. Project Management (Agile and SCRUM)

    1. Desktop/Mobile GUI Application Development (C#, Python, Java)
    2. Web Applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Vue, Angular)
    3. Database Queries (SQL)
  4. User Experience & User Interface Design
  5. Database Administration

In a day and age where digital technology is fundamental to all industries, it is vital that our students move from being users of technology to creators of technology in order for them to excel in their chosen career. Due to lack of human resource in the Software Engineering field, this career has not only got exciting financial benefits but it has job security as well.

Term 1
Learning complexed programming techniques and advanced project management skills to develop digital outcomes.

Term 2
Using complexed programming and project management techniques to develop a digital outcome.

Term 3
Design and develop a user interface to interact and manage a relational database.

Assessment Information

All internal assessments involve research and application of skills to create digital outcomes.
Examples of outcomes could be Desktop, Mobile or Web applications.
These could range from Information Systems to Games, depending on the learner's interests and chosen learning pathway.
