Recommended Prior Learning

Level 1 Hospitality

Students will receive a training package that is linked to the Service IQ Unit Standards in Hospitality and will prepare them for that industry. An emphasis is on Food Safety at this level. Other topics covered are Coffee appreciation, Grilling, Sandwiches, Salads and Knife safety
