Students must have completed this course in Year 11. If you have not taken it, please speak with the Head of Faculty (HOF) to discuss your options.
Barista skills / CHBC Cafe:
Students will be rostered on to prepare and serve coffee at the CHBC cafe. This forms part of the required assessment evidence for barista skills. It is expected that if students wish to be in this class that they fully participate in this aspect of the learning program.
Creative Industries (Technology)
Chef, Cafe/Restaurant Manager, Kitchenhand, Cook, Baker, Butcher
Contributions and Equipment/StationeryThere is no cost to this course, however, if students wish to take home any of the food cooked during class, they will need to bring to school an appropriate clean container.
